When a decent layer of carbon and grease has formed on your pans, it may require serious means to eliminate the problem.
However, you can limit yourself to just a couple of components.
Vinegar and baking soda are excellent options.
How to use these products correctly to combat carbon deposits and grease?
Combined use of vinegar and soda
An important clarification is that this method definitely cannot be used for working with non-stick coating: the surface will be damaged.
In all other cases, the method can be safely applied.
Pour in 200 ml of vinegar and turn on the heat. Wait until it boils and add a couple of spoons of soda. After about three minutes, you can turn off the stove.
Wait for about a quarter of an hour. Get rid of the solution and wash the dishes. There will be no carbon or grease left.
Just soda
This method is perfect if you need to clean not only the inside of the frying pan, but also the outside.
To do this, take a large saucepan and pour in water. For each liter, take half a glass of soda and turn on the fire.
We introduce the frying pan itself.
After the liquid starts to boil, turn off the heat. Wait for half an hour, remove the water and wash the pan.
