As the specialist noted during a conversation with journalists, alcohol provokes dehydration and nutritional deficiencies, as well as unpleasant sensations the day after the holiday.

Therefore, it is important not to overdo it with alcoholic drinks.

The doctor explained that a safe dose for men is considered to be two servings of alcohol (20 grams of pure alcohol), and for women – one.

For every serving of alcohol there should be a glass of water.
