How to save dollars from mold
First and foremost, you cannot store dollars in a room with high humidity.
Secondly, it is strictly forbidden to bury dollars in the ground. The appearance of mold on the banknotes is guaranteed.
Banknotes should be stored in a sealed container. This can even be a glass jar, but it should be clean and dry.
If mold has already appeared on dollars, the best option is to replace the bills at the bank.
You can also, at your own risk, put the dollars in the oven for a few minutes, preheated to 120 degrees.
