There comes a time in many of us's lives when we begin to question career decisions.
The realization that something needs to change happens gradually, as obvious obstacles arise – you need to find another job.
But if you do not analyze your own thoughts and feelings, then very soon a situation may arise where the decision is made spontaneously.
Psychologists suggest paying attention to recommendations that relate to career stagnation.
What could cause such sensations?
Here are some examples.
- Lack of a clear goal. Simply making money is not a clear goal.
- Lack of challenges. Some people love challenges – that’s how they grow.
- Lack of incentives. Many people take jobs that are too low for their qualifications.
- Low salary. This is a pretty serious disadvantage for any job.
- Lack of praise. Simple recognition can be very important to many.
