With the onset of frost, roads and sidewalks are sprinkled with special agents to remove ice and snow.
These products remain on shoes, especially if we accidentally step into a puddle with such reagents.
Fortunately, to overcome this pollution we don’t have to go to the store and buy a special product.
As always, vinegar will help us – a universal substance that you probably already have in your kitchen.
How to remove salt stains from shoes?
Try to deal with salt stains as quickly as possible – wash your shoes immediately after you notice stains.
Take table vinegar, a cotton swab, a clean dry cloth, shoe polish and a suede cleaner or semolina.
Wash the boot as usual to remove salt from the surface. Dilute a tablespoon of vinegar in a glass of water, wet a cotton swab and wash off the remaining salt.
