Instead, use one little-known but effective way to clean carpets without using aggressive household chemicals - using gel capsules for washing clothes in a washing machine.
First, vacuum the carpet and then prepare the cleaning agent.
To do this, put the gel capsule in a saucepan and pour a liter of boiling water over it. Wait until it dissolves, and then add 2 tablespoons of vinegar to the water.
Wait until the water cools slightly, then soak the sponge in the resulting solution.
Wipe all soiled areas of the carpet or, if necessary, the entire surface of the carpet.
At the end of cleaning, wipe the carpet with a clean microfiber cloth, which should absorb excess moisture and remove any remaining cleaning agent and dirt, and dry.
