You will need to prepare the peel left after peeling one large orange. To be sure, it is worth treating the outside with soda and water.
After this, the peel is crushed and left to dry.
Next, you will need to pour the peel into a container and add a couple of spoons of soda. Then add vinegar. There should be enough liquid to completely cover the orange peels.
The container should be covered with one layer of cling film. Let the mixture sit for 72 hours. Then pour it into a container with a sprayer: for one part of the prepared concentrate, take five parts of ordinary water.
