How can you get rid of an unpleasant smell from your carpet?
First, you will need to take one dishwasher tablet. If you don’t have one, you can look at special washing machine capsules, as they also show quite good results.
Place the dishwasher or laundry detergent in a container and pour in 3-4 cups of very hot water (or boiling water). Then pour in two spoons of vinegar.
The important point is that you need to wait until all components are completely dissolved.
Afterwards, you can start applying the resulting "shampoo" to the carpet itself. Leave the mixture on the carpet for literally ten minutes.
Then go over the carpet with a clean damp cloth. You will be surprised at how clean and fresh the carpet will be.
