Much to our chagrin, the bouquet we receive may wilt faster than we would like.

However, don’t get upset ahead of time – proper care can work wonders.

Today we will tell you what to do with a bouquet of roses so that it will delight you with its beauty and fragrance for as long as possible.

First, let's quickly go over the standard "requirements," which include cutting the stem of each flower at a 45-degree angle and removing any leaves or thorns that are in the water.

Protect roses from direct sunlight, keep them in a cool place and do not expose them to harmful temperature changes and drafts.

Now let's talk more about resuscitation measures.

If your roses start to wilt, simply place them in a bath filled with cold water for a while – this will help to saturate them with maximum moisture.

After you have moved the flowers back into the vase, add sugar to the water at a rate of 30-40 g per liter of liquid and flower fertilizer, of which you will need 1 tablespoon per the same volume of water.
