To pickle cucumbers, you need to take five kilograms of vegetables and fill them with cold water for 2-3 hours.
This is necessary so that the cucumbers become crispy. Next, the cucumbers should be washed under the tap and the ends cut off on both sides.
After that, we put them in a saucepan and pour boiling water over them. If they float, we cover them with a plate. We wrap the saucepan in a blanket and leave it until it cools completely.
Usually cucumbers cool down in about 6-8 hours. Therefore, you can pour them late in the evening and leave them overnight.
In the morning, drain the water and see that the cucumbers have acquired an olive color. Now we can start the marinade - use your favorite recipe.
After you have screwed the jar, you need to carefully turn it over and check if there is any water coming out. It is recommended to cover the jars with a thick blanket.
After cooling, we put the preserves in the pantry and store them throughout the winter without any problems.
