You shouldn't assume that caring for furniture with leather upholstery is an expensive and troublesome business.
You can even make a product yourself that will protect sofas and armchairs from cracks.
But first, it’s worth picking up a vacuum cleaner and going over the surface of the furniture to get rid of dust, crumbs and other small debris.
After this, wipe the upholstery with a damp paper towel.
Now you can start making the remedy, for which you will need to mix a quarter cup of vinegar and the same amount of olive oil in a small container.
Add 10 drops of lemon or orange essential oil – however, this component is included in the mixture solely at your discretion.
Apply the resulting mixture to a paper towel and first test it on a small and inconspicuous area. After 20 minutes, evaluate the result. If everything is OK, you can safely wipe the entire surface of the furniture, and after 20 minutes, remove excess oil with a dry paper napkin.
Since these liquids have different densities, the mixture will need to be shaken periodically.
