Washing glass surfaces can hardly be called a pleasant pastime.
The situation is only aggravated by stains and streaks, which make housewives feel like all their efforts have gone down the drain.
Therefore, we will hasten to share with you a method that will leave not the slightest trace on the glass surface.
First of all, you should decide on a cleaning agent. There are several options that can serve as this:
- gel and conditioner for washing clothes;
- hair shampoo;
- Dishwasher detergent.
In addition, you will also need a “special tool”: three microfiber cloths, a window scraper, a double-sided sponge designed for washing dishes, and a special cloth made specifically for glass, which should be slightly moistened beforehand.
So, fill the spray bottle with water and add a tablespoon of detergent.
Spray the composition on the glass and, making movements with the scraper from top to bottom, drive off excess water. Please note: each time after completing the movement, the scraper should be wiped with microfiber.
If you notice dirt stains on the glass that just won't come off, rub them with a sponge, then repeat the first two steps (spraying the product and cleaning with a scraper).
All that remains is to wipe the glass dry with microfiber, and another cloth will come in handy to remove any water that has flowed onto the frames and window sills.
The finishing touch is to give the windows a final wipe with a glass cloth.
