How to remove white and yellow stains from clothes in the armpit area: no need to wash anything

Many people cannot do without deodorant, because it helps to mask the unpleasant smell of sweat.

However, the use of this product often leads to one undesirable consequence. We are talking about the appearance of stains on clothing in the armpit area.

The white stains are dried residue left by deodorant.

Yellow stains appear as a result of the interaction of the substances included in the product with sweat.

Washing items with such stains often proves fruitless. And sometimes the problem even gets worse.

However, you can remove white and yellow stains from a T-shirt, shirt or blouse without putting the items of clothing into the washing machine drum.

How to Remove Stains with Lemon

The citrus fruit must be cut into two equal parts.

Each half should be used on "its" armpit area on clothing.

The juice should be squeezed onto the dirty area. It is desirable that the acidic liquid completely soaks those parts of the fabric where the stains appeared.

After 10 minutes, the “treated” item should be placed in a basin of cold water.

Nuances of the procedure

The “lemon” life hack will only work if you use it immediately after stains appear.

If sweat stains have been present for a long time, the procedure is unlikely to be effective.

It is also worth considering that lemon juice is absolutely safe for white fabric. But if the item has a bright color, the acidic liquid can ruin the paint. However, if the latter is resistant, there will be no negative effect.
