Yellow stains on the collar of a shirt spoil the appearance and make even the most expensive outfit look cheap.

If regular washing does not help to get rid of stains, then folk remedies will correct the situation.

Hydrogen peroxide

Ideal for white fabrics. To remove greasy stains on the collar and cuffs, do the following.

1. Dissolve 4 tablespoons of unscented laundry soap in water.

3. Apply the solution to the yellowed areas and leave for 30 minutes.

You can gently brush the surface with a toothbrush, but it is better not to overdo it, so as not to have to fight with pellets later. After this, the item should be washed in the usual way.

Ammonia

Mix ammonia with water in a 1:1 ratio. The product is extremely odorous, so it is recommended to work in a well-ventilated area and use gloves. Soak the item in the solution and then wash as usual.

Glycerol

Suitable for colored fabric. Apply the product to stains for 30 minutes, then rinse in water with citric acid (lemon juice). Then wash in any convenient way.
