So, open the windows wide and you can begin the cleaning process. Place the frying pan in three garbage bags, then pour ammonia on all sides and tie the bags tightly.
The frying pan should spend the night in this condition. When you untie the bags in the morning, you will find that the carbon and grease can be easily cleaned off with a metal sponge.
After cleaning is complete, soak the pan in a vinegar solution made from 50 ml of vinegar and 2 liters of water for a couple of hours. To restore the non-stick properties of the cookware, it is worth calcining it.
