Even the presence of a very thick layer of burnt fat will not hurt.
It is enough to apply a mixture of two simple products to the metal sheet, wait a while and “go over” the device with a kitchen sponge.
A baking sheet cleaned in this way will look like new.
What products need to be mixed?
The paste for cleaning heavily soiled baking trays consists of two components:
- hydrogen peroxide;
- baking soda.
For every four tablespoons of the first ingredient there should be 100 grams of the second.
If desired, you can add a little bit of gel to the mixture, which the housewife usually uses to wash plates.
You need to stir the mixture until it becomes like a porridge in consistency.
The prepared mixture should be applied to the metal sheet. The device with the "treated" surface should be left for 30 minutes.
Next, the baking tray needs to be doused with clean liquid (it is better to use warm rather than cold).
The remaining product should be removed with a soft material soaked in water. A sponge is ideal.
