Wasps are worse than common ants, because encounters with the latter do not end with painful bites.

To stop the garden and vegetable garden from being a dangerous place because of ground wasps, experienced summer residents have come up with a trick.
How to get rid of wasps
To create the trap, you need a plastic bottle, which is cut in half. The lid of the container is not needed.
Sweet water or jam is poured into the bottom of the bottle. The treat for the wasps is supplemented with 10 grams of boric acid or a special poison for insects.
Then the top part of the bottle is turned upside down and connected to the second one. The parts are glued with tape and the trap with poison is placed next to the wasp house.
The insects will definitely taste the sweet treat, but boric acid will kill them. To destroy the wasps for sure, after a couple of days the insects' earthen nest can be poured with boiling water. And to be on the safe side, add 1 tbsp of laundry soap to the water.
