It is impossible to cook without carbon deposits forming on the pan.
During frying, hot oil eats into the surface of the cookware. This is how carbon deposits are formed.
The contamination consists of poorly soluble compounds of fat and oxides that form from the metal surface.
If the carbon deposit has formed recently, you can get rid of it even with a soap solution. It's a different matter when the carbon deposit can be confidently called "hundred-year-old".
If your frying pan has acquired a deplorable appearance, it is time to get one product out of the first aid kit. It will help return the cookware to its original cleanliness.
How to remove carbon deposits
The method is very simple, minimum actions. However, the downside is the duration - from start to finish, a day must pass.
For cleaning, you need ammonia. It is applied to the frying pan. Every centimeter should be treated with the product.
Then take a clean bag, such as a garbage bag, place the pan in it and seal it.
Leave for a day, then rinse. Very old stains may partially remain, so it is worth doing the trick 1-2 more times. In other cases, the frying pan will be cleaned after the first use.
