Many housewives, caring about the condition of their own hands, use expensive household chemicals to wash dishes, which causes significant damage to the family budget.
But even if you have to wash dishes with an economy-class detergent, you shouldn’t give up on the idea of saving money.
This method will allow you to double the contents of your bottle of cleaning product, and therefore spend half as much money on purchasing a new one.
To begin, pour a 0.5-liter bottle of dishwashing liquid into two bottles, so that each of them is half full.
After this, you will need to take a glass with measuring marks on it and pour 200 g of soda into it. Add hot water (about 80 degrees) to it so that the solution rises to the 500 ml mark.
Stir the contents of the container to dissolve the soda and leave the solution for half an hour to cool.
After this, you can pour the water with the dissolved soda into the bottles with the detergent – 250 ml each.
Mix the product with gentle movements, trying not to allow foam to form. After a minute, you will notice how the liquid has thickened significantly.
This way, you can not only increase the amount of Fairy or any other product, but also enhance its cleaning properties – the dishes will literally squeak with cleanliness.
