The effect of such cleaning lasts for a long time; it is enough to do it twice a year.
Not only plumbing, but also tiles require maintenance. Dirty tiles contrast with shining taps and a snow-white bathtub.
Cleaning the tiles is only half the battle. The seams between the tiles deserve special attention, as they darken over time.
At first glance, it seems that it will take forever to clean them. But in practice, everything is much simpler. There are simple ways to return the tile joints to their former whiteness.
To prepare the cleaning mixture, combine 3 tablespoons of toothpaste, 50 g of dry mustard, 100 g of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice in a bowl.
The resulting mixture is applied with a brush, for example, a toothbrush, to the joints and wiped. Within a minute they will become lighter.
There is a simpler composition for slightly dirty surfaces. Pour water into a spray bottle and add 2 tbsp. of hydrogen peroxide and the same amount of ammonia. Shake the composition, apply to the joints and wipe with a sponge after 15 minutes.
