Sometimes grease stains get onto upholstered furniture, spoiling its appearance.
Getting rid of them seems extremely difficult at first glance.
However, using simple methods, you can remove grease stains.
What tricks are worth trying?
Vodka
This strong alcoholic drink copes with fat removal perfectly. You will need to dilute vodka with water. Liquids should be taken in a ratio of 1 to 1.
Afterwards, we treat the cotton wool with the resulting composition and apply it to the stain for literally five minutes. Then you can wipe off the traces of grease with a clean cloth.
Lemon and vinegar
This composition will help to cope with grease stains without any problems. Citrus juice and vinegar are combined in equal quantities, treated with cotton wool or the soft side of a sponge and left on the stain for five minutes.
You can then wipe the surface with a cloth and remove any traces of moisture at the end of cleaning with a paper towel.
Ammonia
This product will help get rid of even old traces of grease. You need to carefully treat the upholstery with the substance, and then blot the stain with a napkin.
After the ammonia has evaporated, you should brush over the contaminated area.
