Since the employer acted without legal grounds, he was sent a demand to eliminate the violations.

The processing of employee personal data was recognized as excessive and disproportionate to the stated goal of monitoring working hours.

It was established that the processing of personal data was carried out without legal grounds, since the employee’s telephone number was used for work purposes without consent to the processing of personal data.

The employer was sent a demand to eliminate the violations. The demand was fulfilled.

The operator has notified that it will stop using geolocation services to track employee locations and will obtain employee consent to use their phone numbers for work purposes.
