The Russian team defeated the team representing the Sultanate on the island of Kalimantan with a score of 11:0.
The Russian national team has never previously won with such a huge difference in score, TASS reports.

The Russians set their previous record in the summer of 2019 as part of the Euro 2020 qualifiers (the final stage of the tournament actually took place in 2021).

The match with Brunei was only the fourth for the Russians, who have been suspended from important international football competitions, since the beginning of this year.
