On Tuesday, December 3, a very interesting match took place as part of the next round of the regular championship of the Kontinental Hockey League.
In Kazan, the local Ak Bars played against Moscow Dynamo. During the match, the hosts were losing with a score of 1:3.
However, the Tatarstan team managed to turn around the unsuccessful course of the game and ultimately won – 5:4.
In the first period, Ak Bars was losing 0:2, in the second they scored three goals and missed one, and finished the third with a score of 2:1. The overall score is 5:4.
Alexander Barabanov scored a double for the winners in the 28th and 44th minutes.
Ilya Safonov (34), Artem Galimov (36) and Mitch Miller (42) also scored accurate throws.
The “white-blues” scored goals by Maxim Dzhioshvili (11), Dmitry Rashevsky (14), Nikita Buruyanov (31) and Nikita Gusev (57).
It is worth saying that perhaps the turning point in the fight was an episode in the second half, when the Muscovites were winning 3:1.
Then American Dynamo goalkeeper Hunter Miska made a serious mistake, allowing the opponent to reduce the score.
The goalkeeper, thinking that Ak Bars had a delayed penalty, went to change to a sixth field player.
And the opponent, having intercepted the puck in his zone, successfully sent it into the empty net (Safonov did this).
Having achieved their third victory in a row, the club from Tatarstan scored 41 points and now occupies fourth place in the Eastern Conference standings.
Moscow Dynamo with 43 points is in third place in the Western Conference.
