The visitors won a convincing 3:1 victory, thereby making up for the defeat to the Greeks on October 10 (1:2).

The score remained 0:1 for 56 minutes. In the 74th minute of the game, the English doubled their advantage. The author of the second goal was defender Trent Alexander-Arnold.

Ten minutes later the visitors increased the score to a rout. This time the scoring was done by midfielder Declan Rice.

However, a few minutes before the final whistle, the Finns managed to score one goal: Arttu Hoskonen scored.

Thus, the match ended with a score of 1:3 in favor of the England team.

The victory over Finland prevented the English from topping the Group 2 League B table.

The leader of this quartet remains the Greek team, which earned 12 points out of 12 possible in four matches.

The England team is in second place with 9 points.
