18-year-old Belarusian footballer dies in car crash

18-year-old Belarusian football player Fyodor Poloneichik died in a car accident.

The tragedy occurred last Sunday, September 22, as reported on social networks by the press service of the One Media media team.

The young athlete played for this team under the nickname Pol, wearing a jersey with number 22.

The club promises to permanently assign this number to Poloneichik.

The person who could support and lift the spirits of anyone is no longer with us. Fedya, you were the best and will always remain so, - the message says.

The club expressed its condolences to the family and all relatives of the deceased footballer.

Poloneichik's death was also reported by the club of the second league of the football championship of Belarus (the third strongest division) BSU, for which he also played.

The Football Club expressed its condolences to the athlete’s family and friends, as well as to all those who knew Fedor both on the football field and in everyday life.
