Icy conditions are expected in Belarus on Tuesday night and morning, November 19.
In connection with this, forecasters have declared a yellow danger level.

On Tuesday, weather conditions will be determined by an unstable air mass, and during the day in the western regions – by an atmospheric front.
Cloudiness will prevail. Precipitation in the form of sleet and rain is expected in most areas.
In some areas, slight icy conditions are forecast at night and in the morning.
Black ice is expected on certain sections of the republic’s roads, Belhydromet reported.
The wind is expected to be south and southwest gusty. At night it will be from -2 to +3 degrees, during the day the air temperature will be +1-6 degrees.
