It will be cloudy, with sleet and rain forecast in many areas.
In some places across the republic, black ice is expected, and on some sections of roads, black ice, the Belhydromet report says.
In some areas, light fog is possible. Moderate south-east wind is expected.
The air temperature during the day will fluctuate from 2 degrees below zero to 4 degrees above zero.
