From January 1 of next year, the minimum wage (MW) will increase in Belarus.
This is provided for by Government Resolution No. 935 of 10.12.2024.
How much will the minimum wage in Belarus increase from January 1, 2025
As reported by pravo.by , from January 1 the minimum wage will increase by 100 rubles and will amount to 726 rubles.
Employers are required to apply this social standard as the minimum wage limit.
The minimum wage is applied in organizations regardless of the type of economic activity and form of ownership.
For example, homeowners’ associations and individual entrepreneurs are also required to apply the minimum wage.
The minimum wage also applies to employees working under employment contracts.
The minimum wage is guaranteed to all employees when they perform their assigned duties and is applied taking into account the hours worked.
