It functions exclusively “on issues of availability of sufficient quantities of food products in trade and their prices.”
You can call the hotline and report the problem on December 17 at the short number 191.
Belarusians can provide the following information:
– certain food products are not available for sale;
– the existing products are of low quality;
– prices for certain goods.
The hotline started working at nine o'clock in the morning. Those who want to call will be able to call until six in the evening. But from one to two in the afternoon there is a break.
