Belarusians must pay property taxes by November 15.
At present, more than 65% of payers have already done this.
This was reported by BELTA with reference to the head of the Main Directorate for Taxation of Individuals of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties, Andrei Kovalevsky.
What the Ministry of Taxes and Duties said about paying property taxes
According to Kovalevsky, property taxes (land, transport, real estate) are paid by more than 3.5 million individuals.
More than 65% of taxpayers have already paid their taxes in full, the head of the main department reported.
He recalled that a new procedure for paying property taxes has been in effect since 2024: they are paid as a single property payment to one budget account at the registration/residence address of an individual. According to reviews, Belarusians have assessed this innovation positively.
You can pay property taxes through the ERIP system, through the payer's personal account on the MNS website, at a bank or at the post office.
In ERIP, the algorithm is as follows: the "Calculation" system (ERIP) - Taxes - region/city/district - Tax Inspectorate for the district (or the department for work with taxpayers for the district) at the place of registration of the individual. To pay, you need to select "Single Property Payment" and UNP (the payer's registration number, indicated in the notification).
You can also find out the UNP in the electronic service “Information from the State Register of Taxpayers” on the website of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties.
The UNP must be entered in capital letters of the Latin alphabet without spaces.
