Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved the signing of an agreement with Belarus on the mutual enforcement of court decisions.
The corresponding order was published on the Official Internet Portal of Legal Information of the Russian Federation.

The Russian President supported the government’s proposal to sign the above-mentioned agreement with Belarus.
The Ministry of Justice has been tasked with signing the agreement upon reaching an agreement with Minsk.
We are talking about decisions made in criminal and civil cases in terms of a civil claim, obliging the debtor to pay the claimant money, including in terms of state fees, other legal costs and procedural expenses.
Judicial decisions of one country covered by the agreement will not require special recognition procedures in another.
Disputed issues concerning the interpretation and application of the agreement will be resolved through negotiations between Minsk and Moscow.
