Employees of budgetary organizations in Belarus will be able to receive additional payments for performing additional work duties.
The corresponding decree No. 429 was signed by the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on November 21.
The press service of the head of state reported this.
What will change for public sector employees
Decree No. 429 provides for amendments to Decree No. 27 of 18.01.2019 on the remuneration of public sector employees.
The document is aimed at increasing the salaries of public sector employees taking into account the work duties they perform.
According to the decree, heads of budgetary organizations are granted the right to approve, in agreement with the trade union, a staffing level of employees that is smaller than that provided for in standard staffing schedules and staffing standards.
It is also possible to establish individual additional payments to public sector employees for performing additional work duties (with their consent) in optimized positions.
