Short-term rains are forecast across the country, with sleet in the morning and afternoon.
Strong winds of 15-20 meters per second are expected in many areas.
In some places across the country, wind gusts will reach 21-24 m/s, forecasters warn.
At night it will be from 0 to +6 degrees, during the day the air temperature will be +2-8 degrees.
