What weather should Belarusians expect on December 17
On Tuesday, weather conditions will be determined by a warm air mass and atmospheric fronts moving from the Baltic Sea.
It will be partly cloudy, with occasional precipitation in the form of rain and sleet.
Strong winds of 15-20 meters per second are expected in most areas. In Minsk, the wind speed will be 15-18 meters per second.
In some places, icy conditions are predicted at night and in the morning.
At night, the temperature will be from 1 degree below zero to 7 degrees above zero, during the day – from +1 degree in the north-eastern regions to +9 in the south-western regions.
