Forecasters warn Belarusians about an unfavorable hydrometeorological phenomenon.

What weather should Belarusians expect on December 13
At night and in the morning on Friday the weather will be determined by a frontal section, and during the day – by an area of high atmospheric pressure.
It will be partly cloudy. Short-term snow and light snowstorms are forecast at night and in the morning, mainly in the southeastern half of the country.
No significant precipitation is expected during the day. Black ice is possible on some sections of roads.
At night and in the morning, wind gusts of 15-20 meters per second are expected in the eastern half of the republic, forecasters warned.
At night there will be 4-10 degrees below zero, during the day – 1-6 degrees below zero.
