The first month of winter in Belarus promises to be warm and snowy.
The temperature will exceed the climatic norm by one to one and a half degrees.
Meteorologist Dmitry Ryabov spoke about this on the ONT TV channel.

According to forecasts from global weather centers, the average monthly air temperature in December will exceed the norm by one and a half degrees.
The norm for the first month of winter is from -2 degrees in the southwestern regions to -5 in the northeastern regions and, compared to November, is reduced by 4-5 degrees.
The warmest anomaly is expected in the southwest and south of our country, Ryabov said.
According to him, the weather is expected to be contrasting: December will be more like winter, but there will be thaws.
Typically in December there are 12 warm days in the north-eastern regions to 20 in the south-western regions.
This means that we can expect temperature swings, the meteorologist noted.
As for precipitation, its monthly amount will be above the norm. From 18 to 21 days with precipitation in the form of wet snow, sometimes rain, are expected. There will also be adverse and dangerous weather phenomena.
Overall, December promises to be relatively warm and snowy on most days, Ryabov summed up.
