There are no plans to raise the retirement age in Belarus.
This was stated by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection Natalia Pavlyuchenko on November 15 before a meeting of the Republican Interdepartmental Council on the Rights of the Disabled.

In some countries, the issue of further raising the retirement age is currently being discussed.
Pavlyuchenko assured that such a question is not on the agenda in Belarus.
There are no plans to increase the retirement age for our citizens, the head of the Ministry of Labor stated.
She recalled that the retirement age for men is 63 years, for women – 58 years.
