Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has pardoned 31 more people convicted of extremist crimes.

What is known about those pardoned
According to the presidential press service , 29 men and two women were pardoned.
17 of those pardoned have chronic diseases. Three are disabled.
27 of those pardoned have children. Seven are parents of many children.
The convicts were released from the main punishment without having their convictions removed, the press service of the head of state said in a statement.
It is noted that the Ministry of Internal Affairs will ensure control over the law-abiding behavior of those pardoned.
This is the fourth pardon decision in the last three months. The first was made on August 16, when 30 people were pardoned.
The president signed the second decree on pardon on September 16, on the eve of National Unity Day. At that time, 37 people were pardoned.
At the end of September, the head of state signed a decree pardoning another 30 people. Thus, 128 people have already been pardoned.
