It has recently become known that certain changes await Belarusians participating in state social insurance.
The innovations are stipulated in government decree number 670 of September 12 of this year.
The document was officially published on the republic’s legal internet portal.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection explained who exactly will be affected by the upcoming innovations.
According to the department’s report, the procedure and deadlines for submitting individual (personalized) accounting documents in the form PU-3 for Belarusians working under civil law contracts have been adjusted.
The new deadlines for the specified category of citizens are as follows:
– no later than 5 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the civil law contract;
– no later than 15 calendar days from the date of entry of the registration record of the business entity in the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs and Legal Entities;
– Once per quarter during the month following the reporting quarter, when calculating remuneration under civil law contracts.
Another innovation is the regulation on registration of local district executive committees as payers of contributions to the Social Security Fund.
We are talking about cases when the latter pay compensation (with payment of pension insurance contributions) to insured citizens.
