It is planned to carry out renovation of the housing stock in Belarus.
This was announced on December 4 by the head of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction, Ruslan Parkhamovich, following a meeting of the Presidium of the Council of Ministers.

What Parkhamovich said about renovation
The minister said that significant changes are expected in housing policy.
According to him, three main directions are proposed. The first of them is deurbanization.
This is a question of excessive outflow of personnel to the capital, regional cities and taking measures to return them to rural areas, small towns, explained the head of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction.
Secondly, it is planned to increase the volume of construction of rental housing for in-demand specialists.
The third direction is the renovation of the housing stock. The Minister noted that a large number of housing units have, if not the maximum, then quite serious service life.
