Not long ago, it was reported that tariffs for paid appointments and consultations with medical specialists would be introduced in Belarus.
Today, December 4, the Ministry of Health published a commentary on its resolution No. 155 of November 16, 2024, “On the standards of time and material consumption for paid medical services for appointments (consultations) with specialist doctors” on its Telegram channel.
This document introduces time limits and material costs for paid appointments and consultations with medical specialists.
We are talking about medical services provided by individual entrepreneurs and legal entities.
The resolution establishes the following time limits:
– initial appointment with a specialist doctor – 25 minutes;
– repeat appointment – 15 minutes;
– consultation with a specialist doctor with a qualification category – 30 minutes;
– consultation with a doctor with an academic degree, title, or academic title – 1 hour.
This regulation will come into force on February 1 next year, the ministry noted.
And they added: the document does not apply to appointments and consultations with dental doctors.
Limits on the time and cost of materials for paid dental services are stipulated in another departmental regulation (No. 75 dated April 24 of this year).
