As the lawyer explained, all marketplaces will organize the delivery of goods in a new way.
The seller will not have the right to refuse delivery after the money has been written off from the customer.
The new conditions came into effect after the courts created precedents on this topic with their decisions, writes PRIMPRESS .
Thus, recently the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation heard a case of a buyer who ordered a music system on a marketplace but did not receive it due to the product not being in stock.
The money written off for the order was returned to the client, but he was not satisfied with the situation and went to court. The court sided with the plaintiff and effectively introduced a new rule.
