In Belarus, it is planned to determine the conditions for the purchase of rental housing for in-demand specialists.
This was announced by the head of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction Ruslan Parkhamovich following the meeting of the Presidium of the Council of Ministers.

As the minister said, the meeting discussed issues of increasing the attractiveness of rental housing.
Parkhamovich noted that citizens are wary of receiving such housing, since it will remove them from the waiting list.
In addition, the head of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction continued, it is impossible to retain personnel in small towns using temporary rental housing.
In this regard, the issue of buying out rental housing is currently being considered.
According to the minister, by the end of 2025, the interdepartmental working group should develop a proposal on the terms of the purchase of rental housing for in-demand specialists.
