In Belarus, the standard forms of class registers have been updated. Now they will contain information about where the students' parents work.
The corresponding innovation was approved by the Ministry of Education Resolution No. 166 dated November 21 of this year.
The document was officially published on the republic’s legal internet portal.
As follows from the ministerial decree, the changes concern the form of class registers for first through fourth (fifth) grades and for fifth (sixth) through eleventh (twelfth) grades.
One of the innovations is that instead of the term “legal representatives of the student,” the term “parents of the student” will be used.
The second innovation is that from now on, class registers will contain information regarding the type of activity and place of work of the student’s parents.
The Ministry of Education’s decree will come into force on September 1 next year.
