The State Customs Committee of Belarus told its compatriots whether it is possible to bring pyrotechnics from abroad for personal use.
Individuals are not allowed to import the corresponding products (firecrackers, fireworks) from abroad into Belarus for the specified purpose.
Explanations are provided on the department’s official Telegram channel.
Please note: now pyrotechnics, like some other goods, are included in the register of those that are not classified as goods for personal use.
Since October 6, they have supplemented the corresponding list approved by the decision of the Council of the EAC.
In addition to pyrotechnics, individuals are not allowed to import carousels, swings, tailor's dummies, household appliances (in disassembled form), explosives and flammable substances, goods used in beauty salons, spa centers, and hairdressers.
However, there are also products that now fall into the “for personal use” category.
These are some machines, mechanisms, equipment, “which are used by citizens in life.”
In particular, a snow blower, a lawn mower, a garden shredder, a sharpening (grinding) machine, etc.
