At all times, one of the most necessary professions for society has been the profession of a doctor.
Today is no exception. Many people need medical care all the time.
If a person falls ill, is injured, feels unwell, is infected with a virus, etc., etc., he first of all consults a doctor.
He goes to the clinic, or the doctor comes to his home.
Prevention, diagnosis, treatment
In serious cases, the person in need of such assistance is hospitalized and provided with assistance in inpatient settings (hospitals), where the person is constantly under the supervision of doctors.
In addition, doctors are involved in disease prevention, diagnosis and, as already mentioned, treatment.
At the same time, it is the medical diagnosis that sometimes determines not only a person's health, but also their life. Therefore, doctors have an increased responsibility in this regard.
And if we talk about accidents, road accidents, natural disasters, criminal incidents, industrial injuries, etc., then often the first ones to arrive at the scene of the incident are doctors providing first aid, which in some cases saves a person’s life.
Demand
In short, doctors are still very, very much in demand by society. And in Belarus, this is also reflected in the number of corresponding vacancies from employers.
In the last month alone, over 5,200 job offers for specialists were posted in the database of the state employment service.
Hospitals and clinics are the ones hiring first. But doctors are also invited to work in schools, sports organizations, enterprises, etc.
Various specialists are invited. Thus, surgeons, infectious disease specialists, therapists, pediatricians, and resuscitators are in particular demand today.
There is no less demand for cardiologists, oncologists, traumatologists, emergency doctors, nurses, orderlies, etc.
