It recently became known that Belarus has extended the possibility of visa-free entry into the territory of the republic for Europeans until the end of next year.
The press service of the State Border Committee published this information on its official Telegram channel.
It is noted that the decision to extend the visa-free regime was made by Alexander Lukashenko.
This is due to the fact, the department explained, that the Belarusian visa-free regime is popular among foreign citizens.
Thus, by the end of 2025, residents of 38 European countries will be able to visit Belarus without visas.
Even on December 31 next year, foreigners will retain the right to visa-free entry into the country.
By the way. According to the State Border Service, over a million Europeans have visited Belarus since the visa-free regime began.
The largest number of citizens coming to the republic came from Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Estonia, Germany, Italy, France and Great Britain.
