The department noted that the Lithuanian authorities continue to slide towards restricting freedom of speech and harsh censorship.
Otherwise, it is difficult to explain what harm, for example, the children's program "Kalykhanka" could have caused to the national interests of Lithuania, the Ministry of Information added.
