The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade has approved a list of alcoholic beverages that can be imported into Belarus in 2025.
We are talking about products whose import is not subject to the exclusive right of the state.
For example, alcohol in the premium price segment is allowed to be imported freely into the country.
The corresponding decision of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade is stipulated in the agency’s resolution, published on the republic’s legal Internet portal.
In short, the above list includes the same drinks that were listed as permitted for import in 2024. These are:
– 22 types of French champagne;
– 52 names of Armenian, Moldovan and French cognac;
– 85 types of whiskey from Great Britain, Ireland, Canada and the USA;
– 26 types of rum from Great Britain, USA, Trinidad and Tobago, Cuba and Guyana;
– 3 types of American and British gin.
Private companies can also import grape wines to Belarus, but only if the FCA warehouse price of the manufacturer is at least 13 euros per liter.
